1. Can I order your cupcakes or cakes as wedding favours for my guests?
Yes, of course! We offer customisation options for our sweet treats so you can order your own cupcakes, cupcake minis, or fondant cakes with personalised toppers, fondant designs, or colored cream cheese to match your wedding theme. You can even order them in individual boxes so that each guest has their own yummy dessert to bring home. At least 5 days advance notice is required to ensure your customised order can arrive on time.
2. There are some last minute changes to my wedding programme. Can I modify or cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after a cupcake or cake order has been placed and payment has been made. However if your wedding date has been changed or your programme affected by unexpected circumstances, reach out to us at catering@twelvecupcakes.com or via WhatsApp message at 8182 8780. and we’ll see what we can do to help pull off your special day without a hitch!
