  • General Information to Note

    Our products may contain gluten and/or nuts and are all baked in the same kitchen. We are unable to prevent cross-contamination across our products and we would not recommend our products to anyone with special dietary needs or nut allergies.

     

    We do not cater to, or endorse anyone who resells our products. Quality is only guaranteed at our stores!

  • How do I store my cupcakes?

    CUPCAKES Our cupcakes are best eaten on the day of purchase at room temperature. They can be stored for up to 2 days. If refrigerated, microwave for 8 seconds before enjoying.

    COOKIES Our cookies can be kept frozen for up to 2 months. To serve out of the freezer, place it in the oven for 30 seconds, or microwave it for 8 seconds for that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste.

    CAKES Our whole cakes are best eaten on the day of purchase. They have to be refrigerated.

  • Can I order a cupcake flavour not available on the current menu?

    We can only bake flavours that are available on our menu on the day of your order.

  • Can I reserve cupcakes at your outlet?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to do so.

  • When will my order be confirmed?

    Your order is confirmed when payment has been made.

  • Am I allowed to cancel my order after ordering?

    No cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
